Footsteps to Heaven - The Apostolate of the Laity in the Church Crisis - Part 4
Episode #49: Here's what you can do to drive evil from the Church and help restore it to the true Holy Catholic Church. God is purging the Church and he wants you to be part of his plan!
The Decree on the Apostolate of the Laity says (para. 7): "The whole Church must work vigorously in order that men may become capable of rectifying the distortion of the temporal order and directing it to God through Christ." This includes the distortions in the Church that have been undermining people's faith.
Canon Law #212 says in paragraph 3 that we, Christ’s faithful, “have the right, indeed at times the duty, in keeping with their knowledge, competence and position, to manifest to the sacred Pastors their views on matters which concern the good of the Church. They have the right also to make their views known to others of Christ’s faithful, but in doing so they must always respect the integrity of faith and morals, show due reverence to the Pastors and take into account both the common good and the dignity of individuals.”
Jesus says, "Enough is enough!" It is time we speak up. But what if the hierarchy doesn't listen? Terry Modica proposes in this episode a Rosary Walkathon based on an experience from her own life.
